Exchange, Return, and Refund

Returns will only be approved after we do quality check of the returned good.

Customized/Altered product isn't valid for exchange and return. 

We have a return policy within 02 day(s) of delivery depending on the outfit.

No Return or Exchange on Sale Items.

Refunds


Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be processed within 5–7 working days from acceptance of the refund request or receipt of the returned product, as applicable.


Goods once sold can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, subject to the conditions below. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.


Exchange and Return Terms


Exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days of delivery. Requests made beyond the time period (within 02 days of delivery) will not be entertained.

In case of any quality defect return or to return/exchange other than size, Please provide us the unboxing video of goods for smooth and prompt return.


Products must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Damaged, soiled, or altered products may not be accepted and will be returned to you.


Products exchanged once will be considered customized and cannot be exchanged again.


A restocking fee of 10% of the product’s MRP will apply for all refunds or exchanges.


For any exchange, including size changes, confirmation of availability is required.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items


Custom-made orders, and other items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are excluded from this policy.
Discounted products, orders placed using loyalty points, or promotional vouchers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Faulty Goods
Goods are considered faulty if received damaged (excluding normal wear and tear).
Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same product and size, subject to availability. Repairs may be offered if applicable.


Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:


The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to us for returns or exchanges.
We are not responsible for damages during transit from the customer to us.


Bulk Orders
Orders with more than five products are considered bulk orders and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested within 2 days of placing the order. If accepted, store credit will be issued.


A 5% cancellation charge will apply for approved cancellations.


Orders that have been processed (including those processed within the first 24 hours) or where cancellation is requested after 2 days are non-cancellable.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed and credited within 5-7 working days of receiving your bank details. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
