SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Important Information
- The product will be shipped within 2-4 business days and will be delivered within 5-7 business days .
- Within India: We offer free shipping for orders above ₹3000. For orders below ₹3000, a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
- International Deliveries: A shipping fee is applicable for all international orders.
Delivery Details
- Delivery time begins from the date of order confirmation.
- Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and a link to our courier partner in your confirmation email to track your order.
- In case of delays exceeding two weeks from the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to confirm if you'd like to proceed with your order.
Other Key Points
- Orders can experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance processes.
- Orders once dispatched from Delhi Heist cannot be redirected or cancelled.
- Deliveries may be made without a signature, aligning with international shipping practices. Once delivered to your specified address (or to a third-party recipient), the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
- For international orders, all items in a single order will be shipped together.
Return/Exchange Policy

- Returns and Exchange isn't applied on Sale Items.

- Return and Exchange can only be done in case of size issues, or any malfunction.
- Exchange should be requested wihtin 2 days of order delivery.

International Order Specifics
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- An incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
- The courier company makes three failed delivery attempts.
- The package is refused by the recipient after customs or duty charges are applied.
- There will be any sign of usage on the Garment.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Indian Customers
- All product prices are inclusive of taxes and duties.
For International Customers
- Prices displayed on our website are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning they do not include import duties or taxes.
- The recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes at the time of delivery. These are necessary for customs clearance and order release.
Import Regulations
- The recipient is considered the importer and must comply with the destination country's import laws and regulations.
- Customs offices in some regions may require additional documentation (e.g., passport, Tax ID) for clearance.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy
These terms form an integral part of our Terms and Conditions, which you may access here. By purchasing from us through our website, social media platforms, WhatsApp, customer care executives, you agree to these terms. In case of any discrepancies between the terms herein and the terms on your purchase invoice, the invoice terms will prevail.
